I had Marguerita Grilled Chicken at Chili's. It has Chicken, black beans, rice, and tortilla strips. It's very tasty but the meal was better because I shared with my brother, sister-in-law, and two nieces who were in town visiting.

I've just cooked with tofu for the first time - and discovered that you really cannot go wrong with anything if it's covered in a tomato sauce and sprinkled with cheese!

I made Boursin and bacon stuffed chicken. It's wrapped in prosciutto so next time I will leave out the bacon.

I made Thai coconut soup from a mix i got at Xmas fair. Added some chicken and grated 2 carrots into it and BAM! It turned out so good!

Tofu tends to take on the flavor of anything it's cooked with so if you cook it with yummy stuff, it will always be yummy.
