I have a goal that is very challenging to me right now. I have no idea what day it is or time, sometimes. I am working day and night to succeed.

Even though I can't see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, I know it's there. I will make my goal!

That much I know.

I am grateful for my daily planner, it keeps me on track.

I typically sleep on my side and have to have something covering my exposed ear as I sleep. Usually it's a blanket, which I ball up to contour to my head as a second pillow, and then I flip a corner over to cover my ear. I also need constant noise such as a fan or white noise machine. No TV though.

I'm a picky sleeper.

I only eat the crust of crunchy crusty bread!

I dig out the dough in the center, if it's like a mini loaf say like at a restaurant, and butter the crust and eat away!

I love the coffee rituals... if it is a latte or a Turkish coffee.. I love grinding fresh coffee every time.. sometimes I even roast my own.

Do you mean to say that you love the crusty parts of bread the most? You said you also like pizza crust in the same way too, right? Basically, you like crust? What about Apple pie crust????
