🎄 Spread Some Christmas Cheer

I've kept my tree up all year for the past 3 years. I use the lights as a night light of sort and will sometimes watch TV in the dark with only the tree on for light. I agree; there's something beautiful and magical about holiday lights.

I love this .............

So for the past 3 years you've bypassed the hauling down, unpacking then packing back up and returning to the attic, basement, garage etc etc (wherever one stores their decorations) Avoided endless fights with tangled up strings of lights (which one may or may not always win) then thwarted the process of hanging said sets of lights on tree, and then been able to side step the dilemma of what ornament looks best where! Lucky you.......

I have several rolls of wrapping paper laying about and am slowly moving towards wrapping one or two gifts that I need to mail out early ..............

Indeed, I have. The tradeoff is that I have a 6 foot tree in my house all of the time, taking up space and enticing the kitteh into mischief. I will take it down in 2018 because We need more room and I'm tired of squirting the lil guy every time he gets hypnotized by the lights or shiny ornaments. Luckily, the tree is pre-lit, so I only have to check for any burnt bulbs before putting it away. The ornaments and garland aren't too bad so that's not a problem.

Yes I realize it's a bit early but the closer to Christmas, the less appealing going out to shop is.

I revisited this stuff. I had turned my nose up at it when my Mom bought it. Well, I tried it again. Actually was pretty good. Hers didn't have a massive amount of citrus in it. Give it a whirl!
