My tenant in my mother in law cooked on his BBQ....steak,ribs,chicken thighs and crab.... I said friggin i have food for a week! He is a great tenant!

Yesterday I binged on Albacore Tuna melts.....

Today I just had to have some chocolate, so I'm getting my fill of York Peppermint Patties (miniatures).

I know I need something better to eat, but chocolate is helping me to feel better (right now)

Made with purple carrots, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, jalapeño and sliced pork. I must say, it was both a hit and oh so good!

My son called and surprised me with dinner at Red Lobster. We shared a coconut shrimp appetizer. So good I ordered the coconut shrimp meal with a mini Caesar side salad and asparagus. I also had too many of their delicious buttermilk cheddar biscuits. For “dessert” a cup of coffee with some Baileys Irish Cream, light on the Baileys please.
