Caramel Apple Cinnamon Buns..homemade and amzzing..with scrambled eggs ..i made the buns the night before and put them in icebox and baked them this morning..the house smelled sooo good..i enjoyed breakfast more then dinner!

I'm thinking this morning I will switch things up a little and have toast with peanut butter, coffee, and a banana (all organic).

Vegan French Toast-
I suggest starting off with a Sourdough Bread cut into 1" slices. Pour So Delicious Coconut Eggnog (it's Vegan) and add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla. Stir. Heat pan and add a bit of Vegan butter or Coconut oil to pan. Get pan hot. Soak bread lightly in eggnog. Add drenched Sourdough bread and cook (3-5 mins) until golden brown. Flip and cook other side. Serve with Maple syrup, banana slices and chopped pecans. Your non-vegan friends will love it too.
