If one can ground and be able to use all Chakra's then why is it that grounding is so damn difficult? I have been scratched, bitten, written on, I have been invaded and used to converse through. Now mind you. I am strong and I have no problems being the middle person of contact. But... When they start physically abusing your body mind and spirit then I Do have a problem. From a good friend on this site I have gotten help. And I am learning the grounding part of this all. I am just having a very difficult time keeping grounded for long periods of time.
The so called "Normal spirits" don't drain me as do the ghoulies as I call them. ~Sigh~ Thinking I just may give in and throw in the towel... |

I had something strange happen late last night. I put a shot glass that I fill with my vitamins in, in the sink. I filled it up with water and soap. This morning the shot glass was on the coffee table. I asked Rosie about it, and she had not touched it. |
