I couldn't wait for breakfast to happen but I got coconut cream yogurt at trader Joes and it was omg good. It said it was non fat but I've never had non fat yogurt that tasted so good!

1 scoop protein powder
half a package organic stevia
1 cup almond coconut milk
and 2 tablespoons organic ground flaxseed

and 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

Im not usually a breakfast person, but I know it's the important start to the day.
Lately, it's been the same thing.
I leisurely enjoy my first cup of coffee with cream.
Then I fill up my to go cup and have a cereal bar on the drive to work.

Apple/cinnamon or a blueberry one. Really good, it's like a cup of oatmeal in bar form. Keeps me satisfied until lunch and full of good vitamins.

I tried something different this morning. I had Moe's Southwest Vegetarian Breakfast Bowl and it was really good. I had a mixed juice blend of oj and cranberry to drink also.
