I feel really good! I shifted my pillowscape last night in the hopes that I'd be able to help my muscles relax more and work the kink and tightness in my neck and shoulders out and it did. Yay!

Okay. Wrapping up a project at work, have started on another project, and don't have to work the next couple weekends.

Long distance is taking a toll on us, but nothing we can do about that right now—we'll just have to ride it out.

Still, life could be worse.

Exhausted, just found out I am traveling every month from May to August, mostly for work. Atlanta, home for a week, Monterey, back to Atlanta a week later, home for two weeks, Boston, home for two weeks, New York. It's tiring just thinking about the back and forth! I am thankful though that my company just flies me out and doesn't make me move to Atlanta.

I feel a bit tender this morning. I had to crawl around on the tiled office floor a lot yesterday and I somehow tweaked my back a little. I'm trying to work it out but overall I'm a wee bit tender.

I slept 10 hours which I both love and hate. Well rested now but have a kink in my neck that runs down my shoulder blade.
