I may overanalyze conversations in social contexts with friends. This is not an issue in my career at all. I supervise division directors and data analysts, chair three committees and two initiatives, and I make research and data driven decisions fairly easily for the agency which has 820 employees and 50 programs throughout the state. I seem to overanalyze social interactions with friends and I would like to examine why this is occurring. I don't discuss my overanalysis I just notice that I do it. When I am in a relationship I do not seem to overanalyze but that may be related to the increased level of closeness one develops with a partner.

I am the chair of the LGBTQ+ and allies committee at work and no one really knows I am part of the community because I am very professional with strong boundaries that include not talking about my personal life at all. This is all my choice and I find it best because I supervise division directors so I need to keep a professional and clear boundary.

I'm thinking about my mom today and the pretty summer blouses I got for her and me and my bff. My mom and my aunt used to go buy matching dresses and blouses for me and my cousin Leslie, so it's my turn to treat my mother to pretty summer clothes. I love my mother, so much. I know she'll be tickled pink to have an belated birthday surprise coming her way.

Well, I think that just depends on which nurses we're talking about because IMO some shouldn't be trusted to be in charge of anything higher up the food chain than goldfish. But then again there are some pretty stupid doctors out there who might actually benefit from their direction, genuinely helped by their guidance so...
