Pick up a package from Amazon at the Post Office, stop by the bakery, run into the bank if I can make it there by noon, pick up a few things at Albertsons return home, do a few chores around the house, gather up items to send my grandniece, get a few cards ready to mail out on Monday, then have dinner and relax till the Seahawks game starts........

I made a pillowcase for my beach buddy. Shells and seahorses are on the fabric.

A phone call later for discussing food for beach trip.

Still walking around with one sexy black boot for broken toes..lol

My intention was trying to go to work. (a phone call with my ortho's office put that to bed and they are going to do an off work note for me as well).

That being said I need to hit up the post office, grocery store, and the closest place to buy a planner.

(not sure I am up for all of that)

supper planning-so far Limone Linguine with Zucchini Zoodles
1/2-1 lb. linguini
2-3 cups zucchini spirals (raw)
half a lemon-juice & zest
garlic clove, crushed
3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Vegan Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

1. Cook pasta al dente, drain (do save a little of the pasta water)
2. Spiralize zucchini. (Do not cook) Place in bowl with lemon juice and zest, finely diced garlic clove & olive oil. Toss to coat.
3. Add pasta & (if needed, pasta water to moisten) parsley and Vegan Parm. Serve on dish w/a generous sprinkle of more Vegan Parm. Add a grilled french bread (if you wish). bien
