Lunch: What's on the menu?

It's more like brunch but I eat lunch early when I work Sundays. I had a broiled chicken breast with steamed veggies and basmati rice and shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Orange juice to drink. I might have an apple with light caramel sauce too but I haven't decided yet. Ohhhh, the excitement!

Prawns with veggies - mushrooms, baby peas, and whatever other vegetables I find in fridge that look tasty, stir fried together and served over Jasmine rice.

I had King Ranch chicken. I have a tiny pecan pie for dessert and peach ice tea to drink.

I had an early lunch today: I sautéed an Organic Black Bean "Burger" patty and melted Chao Vegan Cheese on top of it and ate it as an open face sandwich on one small slice of Organic Sprout "Bread". Lol. That's the only slice I get this month, if I wanna be able to still rock my new Black and White Polka Dot Jersey Wrap-dress top.

<<<<<~~ is having a very small garden salad with 'creamy' Balsamic dressing (which is homemade, with organic Coconut Cream, Italian Balsamic Vinegar and a smidge of Flax bran powder, plus a titch of Sea Salt and half an packet of Truvia), and topped with some cracked Walnuts and a few Sesame Everything Salad topper thingy's, tonight, for supper.

Well, I spoiled my lunch with a tiny peach pie so I just picked at the leftover King Ranch Chicken. I drank water.

It was just okay. It is all good though because I am going out for a nice dinner.
