Muesli with corn flakes and oats (mixed together)
Berries
Banana
Cacao nibs
pumpkin seeds
FSA (flaxseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
cashew milk-to the music of

& coffee

Gummies fruit squares from Trader Joe’s. They don’t seem to have any of the gross pig feet gelatin in it. And they are beyond yummy. Even the cherry is good.

I'm going home with some. But, I will admit, I've eaten many pieces. And, I am happy to report,
No weight gain. I've done alot of beach walking this past week.

I'm proving everyone wrong. Lol

Also. Gelato, fish tacos and some good margaritas!
