half a cup of cooked, organic Quinoa... with two tablespoons of freshly ground peanut butter (stirred in) and a bunch of fresh organic raspberries and blueberries.

a cup of herbal tea and a quart of water, on the side, to drink.

Coaches Oats with chopped apple, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds, lots of cinnamon, dollop of cream.

Cold cereal with freeze-dried strawberry slices in it, whole milk and if this carb portion control bit thing doesn't fill me up then after about 45 minutes I'm going to start making some of those old-fashioned sausage links, the kind you actually have to cook.

Premiere protein shake over a double shot of espresso. Today it’s more like a triple shot. I kind of forgot about I was making it and the machine just kept going. I’m not complaining!
