We now choose what we watch to watch on TV, when i was a kid you had to deal with what you were given. Not many options with 3 channels LOL

I'm not sure how many Millennials ever had to go up to a pharmacy counter and barely audibly mumble that they wanted birth control pills or condoms.

Sidebar: This reminds me of the Golden Girl's episode where the ladies are going on a cruise and stop by their pharmacy.

Of course one of the packages doesn't have a price sticker on it and the clerk at check-out asks for a price check rather loudly and descriptively on the inter-com!

I remember when my family first got cable! We watched the movie "Creep Show" on "pay per view" and somehow kept playing it repeatedly and had to call so that we weren't charged 10 times

The ability to change your own oil, check/fill tire pressure of even carry a guage. Being able to do one's own tune-up was basic as was the ability to change a flat with anything other than a donut.

Where I grew up, these were skills most anyone knew how to do. It's a car-crazed city for good reason. Drags, Formula One, Nascar, and lots of street racing to fill in the down time.

Bet, Millennials can't drift, either.
