You said it! A yellowfin tuna is awesome to reel in! It took me close to 3 hours to reel in a 45 pound tuna on a deep sea trip. It just kept diving. Up and down we fought. In the end, I won. It was good eating I was told. I don't eat fish, but I grill it and smoke it for others to eat.

I grew up bring home Yellowtail and albacore home so my mom canned it for us.I eat a little bit of fish but mainly catch it and clean and fillet it for others. I do like Maui Maui marinated and grilled.
I went out on a 3 day fishing trip out of Ensenada and loved it .Being a Mexican fishing boat our cook, Captain and crew loved to show us the fish, even cooking our catch if we wanted.Talk about authentic food.I really loved growing up in San Diego with being able to drive and not have to worry about what they do now a days in baja with troops and drug dealers and their wars going on there.
