I went grocery shopping today, so tonight, right after I sign off, I'm going to make a fresh Caesar salad out of organic Romaine and sprinkle some walnuts on top and add a splash of a home made dressing that is dense in acv. And, I will warm up some of those meatless spicy 'meatballs' and cut them up and have them on the side, to go with my salad.

Water to drink.

Hot herbal tea, later on tonight, right before bedtime. Cinnamon Orange. It is a chamomile tea with heavy orange and cinnamon notes. It is delish.

I stopped at Pei Wei for lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup. Drinking water with lemon.

Brought it home just in time for the 2 min warning before half time.

I've seen 4 TD's.

I had rotisserie chicken off the bone with bbq sauce, zucchini pasta white cheddar mac 'n cheese, mixed steamed veggies (beans, peas and carrots), peach rings and water. I had one peppermint chocolate candy cane that was horrible so that ended that right there.
