I had a salad with creamy balsamic dressing, crispy crinkle baked fries, blueberry pastries, with water and pink lemonade to drink.

A small dark green garden salad, with a handful of blueberries and raspberries on the side. No salad dressing. Half a bottle of sparkling mineral water, to drink. A cup of herbal tea later, before bedtime. And finish hydrating with water, as well.

I made collard greens with ham hocks ~ and my daughter had baked some bread ~ also for lunch she made seared salmon with a ginger Asian sauce and sliced tomatoes on the side. it's been a yummy day lol

It's soup weather, here at home today. Cold and rainy skies, so soup is on the menu tonight. I'm making a home made soup with organic vegetable broth, diced organic celery, sweet red bell pepper, zucchini, and a couple scoops of split pea, quinoa, and barley soup mix. Garbanzo beans too. And a touch of organic tomato paste. It smells good and I hope it tastes as delicious as it smells.

I've been hydrating with water and intermittently sipping on sparkling mineral water.

I plan to finish the day by having a cup of herbal tea, right before bedtime.
