"Happy Birthday" is such a sad dull phrase; might as well say 'have a nice day' (or worse, have a blessed one). So to you, my Cajun cousin twice removed, I say, piquet toi (for the linguistically challenged: "go fuckyerself"), which of course I say with the best possible meaning and a beatific grin.
