1. I have a fruit bowl for bananas only.

2. I will only eat bananas when they are ripe and the peel is lightly speckled. I find this is when they taste the best.

3. I love pickles and have yet to try peanut butter (or nut butter) on a pickle. Apparently that's a thing.

4. I soak oats before making oatmeal.

5. Sometimes as a snack I will eat cucumbers with tomatoes and avocado. I take a cucumber slice and build everything on top, squeeze lemon juice and add fresh/dried herbs and a little salt.

I prefer 99% yellow with no green and very little brown. It's the texture that gets me. Too ripe and they are too soft, like baby food and I just can't eat them. I liked firm bananas.

Honestly, as much as I love dill pickles, I've never tried this. **Update** I took a chip and a schmear and I tried it. It's not my favorite thing in the world, by far, but I didn't gag so there's that. It might be better in the recipe with the other things added.

People also say pickles and ice cream is good. I'm not eating ice cream now so someone else will have to confirm this one.

#5 I like to make a poor woman's version of a Caprese salad for a quick easy snack. I take mozz pearls and rip them up into bite size chunks to dot the tops of sliced fresh tomatoes (sometimes beefsteak and sometimes gourmet) and then drizzle it all in a balsamic vinaigrette. A quick turn of the sea salt grinder and I'm good to go.

During my 'coming of age' time, I always liked to read about Princess Diana. I thought she was so lovely and a sweet mother to her boys and I felt so sad back when she lost her life in that car crash with the paparazzi, that when I read about her life being portrayed on The Crown, I got so teary.

Which then made me think of Elton John and how his music was exactly what I liked to hear, back as a young adult. His song about Marilyn Monroe, Candle in the Wind, was the song he sang at her funeral. I'll never forget Princess Diana or Elton John.

Neil Diamond is a favorite music artist, from back then. Loved all his songs, especially the sound track he did for Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

I don't like mince-meat pie. But I do like Molasses cookies.

I'm so sick and tired of the non-stop horse-shit spewing from the orange menace. Somebody, please stop that horrible person and don't let him off the hook. Growing up we never had Christmas lights on our house. I guess my Dad thought the color wheel was light enough. Anyways..I thought we needed more outside decorations. I started to paint our picture window. Snowmen, trees..stuff like that. Well word got out, (thanks to Mom). I was commissioned to paint the windows at the beauty shop she worked at.

The shop owner also paid me to decorate her home Christmas tree. $$

I entered a Christmas tree decorating contest and won a Blue ribbon. 🏅

My bestie and I, in our twentysomething, wide awake..(shhh, I'm sure it was drug induced. Lol) We thought we needed a Christmas tree. We found a lot and took a tree, and we left money and a note on the trailer that was parked there.

I won first place in a Christmas Cookie contest. Carmel apple cookies. I was the last entry.

1) I am deathly allergic to all sea food, especially shell fish. I am lucky to be alive today. That is what the ER doc said last night.


2) I sometimes parade around in Rico's gorgeous button down dress shirts or will borrow his pj's sometimes.

3) I am closer to my goal for buying a new hybrid E-car.

4) I plan to take a medical retirment from work in two short years.

5) Rico is my best and last love, in this life. We both adore each orher and have never really struggled on any troubles we might face in life. He is my North Star. My guiding light. My saving grace. ♥️

I find the way lawyers get testimony from their witnesses, very fascinating. I learn so much technical, medical, protocol and random forensics.

I've dated a LA detective.

I've been robbed at gun point. ( more than once, work related)

I've been on a criminal and a civil jury.
