Batter & Berries 748 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago

Owners Dr. Tanya and Craig Richardson opened the first Batter & Berries in 2012. The menu ranges from a French toast flight to fried-chicken-stuffed waffles to brisket hash. “We try to take our food to another level,” says Craig Richardson. “We make everything from scratch, and people appreciate the quality.”

Birria Tacos, my favorite, consist of 4 Fried Corn Tortillas filled with slow cooked beef, with melted cheese & a beef dipping sauce are delicious!
