The term originates in ball culture and the LGBTQ community, and you’ll hear it on any episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

In addition, it’s also used as a verb to describe your reaction to something amazing.

Zoomers

First, there were Boomers, then came “OK boomer” (as a snide comeback to an older person), and now we have a name for the generation of people saying “OK boomer".

It is a poetic justice that Zoomers are now linked through rhyme to the older generation. I've never had anyone say "OK boomer" to me, but if I do, they'll receive the ole "stink eye".
