Before the melatonin I was taking a prescription sleeping aid, Ambien, along with cannabis edibles to help me sleep. So my body is accustomed to sleep aids. Also, I tend to wake up early and stay in bed for a couple hours reading the news before getting up. But once I’m up, I’m in action and am ready to exercise and start my day. I suggest you try it and see how it affects you. I’d start with a small dosage (3 mg?) to see how it works. Good luck and let us know if you try it out. |

I slept 4 hours, which has been normal for me lately. I hope to get back to 8 hours again but that may not happen for at least another 3 weeks.

Now that we have one of these Sleep Number 360 degree “smart” beds, Dear Wife and I sleep soooooo much better!!! According to the bed’s app, we both get an average of about 8 to 9 hours or better each night.
These beds are amazing and Dear Wife and I heartily recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent’s night sleep. ~Theo~ ![]()
