Ruffles have ridges with homemade ranch dip and store bought garlic bread. The bread was pretty good for store bought but once you have J's everything else pales by comparison.

I have to say that the other day I had ruffles and sour cream and onion dip for lunch. It totally hit the spot. Sometimes chips and dip is the exact thing that I want - calories be damned!

Northern White Bean Soup: presoaked beans, filtered water, sea salt, fresh tarragon leaves, fresh sprig of rosemary, one smoked ham hock (which I remove after the soup is finished simmering, I use it mainly for flavor), and organic vegetable broth. I also chopped up half a head of organic cabbage and half a stalk of organic celery. It smells delicious. Today's soup is a rather big batch of soup, so I can warm up a cup of soup, all week long, for any meal on the go or for supper-time.

Water to drink.

A cup of hot herbal tea, before bedtime (Sweet Dreams tea by Tazo).
