Last night, I had chicken nuggets (not the teensy ones I love so much, just regular sized ones) with sweet 'n sour sauce, a bunch of red seedless grapes, a banana and a Honey Crisp apple with a wee bit of rf peanut butter, the last of the apple cider vinegar chips and some yellow sweet potato chips. I was definitely into crunchy things last night. Water to drink.

I had a repeat of last night, including no dessert, but that's okay. I picked up some sushi for tomorrow as well as some riced broccoli and teeny tiny cubes of butternut squash. I'm going to get creative and clean out the fridge this holiday weekend.

Yesterday, I had sushi. I had a shrimp spring roll and a salmon and tuna spring roll. I don't know what the sauce is that comes with it but it's freakin' sweet and scrumptious so I considered that my dessert. I had a ton of fresh ginger on the side and a lot of water to drink as well.
