I love beef jerky but I have not found one that I REALLY like in either a stick or cut up form, till yesterday!

Some kind of Jell-O salad:
- a small box of Jell-O gelatin (your favorite flavor) - some kind of fruit, maybe 2 kinds (like canned crushed pineapple and frozen cherries) - some kind of dairy (like cottage cheese, or sour cream, or plain yogurt) - a shredded large carrot - some kind of chopped nuts (optional) - mini marshmallows (optional) - an 8 oz. tub of reduced fat Cool Whip Mix all together and chill. It will not set like gelatin. The Jell-O is mainly for flavor. Enjoy! P.S. You can also experiment with adding protein powder.

Popcorn with rosemary herb butter. So good.
Just chop and add fresh rosemary to butter, heat and drizzle on popcorn. It's good if the chopped rosemary can sit in the butter for a day or so. Salt, if needed.
