Mother, how I remember you sitting in this chair next to me now and harmonizing with "whispering hope" by Anne Murray. You always wanted me to play that one and I wish I could hear you now. I love you mom.

Dear Mom - I thought about you a lot today as I was packing up My belongings. I am wishing you were here - for so many reasons. So, I came across this poem when I was doing some research for camping locations today. So very odd that is popped up in the search. It may sound like a Hallmark-y type thing - but, I think it sums up what I feel right now.

I love and miss you, always.

Everything Mom

How did you find the energy, Mom
To do all the things you did,
To be teacher, nurse and counselor
To me, when I was a kid.
How did you do it all, Mom
Be a chauffeur, cook and friend,
Yet find time to be a playmate,
I just cannot comprehend.
I see now it was love, Mom
That made you come whenever I'd call,
Your inexhaustible love, Mom
And I thank you for it all.
