Every morning I have a muffin loaded with blueberries and coffee. Eggs and such go down at lunch (brunch) with cup of coffee number two.

Taco Bell breakfast burrito (which is very small) made with scrambled egg, sausage and cheese. Three of them. I also ordered a small cup of their Cinnabon coffee. Yummm. 😌

Seeing I am running the wood stove 24/7 in my big room (9 degrees out this AM) I went to Wally yesterday and bought an 8 inch cast iron skillet. I christened it this morning with a hamburger and an egg from one of our hens. I'm thinking there might be some quesadilla action going on for supper tonight.

An emerald bliss smoothie with a bunch of green veggies, some ginger, and an apple.
Saturday night I had a pain in my hip that reminded me that, even if I can dance with these knees, I still have arthritis in other parts of my body. For me, the best things for my arthritis are veggies, water, no sugar. So, I’m starting today with a green smoothie even though there’s an apple-cinnamon donut waiting for me..
