What do you find Therapeutic?
Reading Private Messages that you had not expected I find very therapeutic as it is unexpected and therefore relaxes my mind as opposed to expected and daily messaging.

I listen to my youtube playlists and read (usually History) stuff on the internet. Most of my youtube playlists are instrumentals, but I do have loads of movie theme music, easy listening, classical and music (usually soft rock) from my growing up years.

Right now I am talking to my brother and that is very therapeutic for both of us. I am happy he liked what I gave him for Xmas and I certainly like what he gave to me. Speaking to him is the best gift of all.
