(white navy beans with bacon, jalapeño, minced garlic, salsa verde & avocado slices, a dollop of sour cream).

Pad See Ew, a wide Thai noodle dish from Trader Joe's. Its really good.

Klondike Heath bar. I can have ice cream in a small handheld amout!

Red Thai Curry with shrimp.
Use the red curry paste in the little jar. Add coconut milk, brown sugar, some other stuff. I can't find the recipe I exactly use, right now. But you can add veggies. I have red peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and onions. Add shrimp and serve over rice. Its my signature dish, if i want to score points. You can use what ever protein or just veggies. And, it's easy and quick!

More wine. My fav, Gewüretraiminer. Its a German wine.

Some sweet dragon fruit later.

Probably some chicken and rice soup - really more like chicken broth with rice, no chicken. I can't really chew due to a tooth extraction. I might have a mango popsicle for dessert.
