Baked salmon with harvest salsa. I went to a farmers market yesterday and found a variegated eggplant. I think I'll airfry that.
I also bought a really nice loaf of sourdough bread, but I already had 3 pieces since yesterday. I really need to lay low on that stuff for now! LOL
