What is the fishless filet made of?

I think I'm making a Moroccan stew tonight with eggplant, garbanzos, tomato, and a bunch of spices. It's supposed to have peppers in it but I can't stand cooked peppers. Childhood trauma. I'll make rice or polenta to serve with it.

Among my list of allergies that is growing as I get older, I'm pretty sure I've become alergic to tofu. This is very upsetting to me.

Last night I made Gouda jalapeño soup. I picked up the soup mix from the fair last week. It called for cheddar cheese, I switched it up to smokey spicey gouda. It was delicious and made a ton! Some went into the freezer for the colder days coming up.

Chocolate ice cream...it was my late night snack!
