I made a pot of tea to sip on while relaxing at home today. It’s a blend of Hibiscus, Roiboos and Elderberry to help my body with managing blood sugar levels and helping my heart (blood pressure, etc).

A Mitten Mule (some call it a Moscow Mule)

1.5 Oz of vodka
0.5 Oz of lime juice
1/2 Cup of Diet Ginger Beer
Slice of lime

Mix and pour over ice or just dump it all in a glass of ice and stir well.

It’s really a summertime drink but I’m enjoying it in the spring.
