To be honest, I've had an overwhelmingly frustrating day. I got some hugs from my work husband earlier today but it's almost 9pm and I'm still working and I could really use some more hugs.

I'm feeling like I can't get enough air. This has been going on for several months. When I take a deep breath, I don't quite get that feeling of satisfaction of having taken a full breath, except maybe one out of eight times. I've checked myself with a pulse oximeter, and I've been checked twice by two different nurses at doctors' appointments, and it reads 98% or higher every time. One doctor just shrugged and offered no explanation; the other doctor I didn't even mention it to (because she's not that kind of doctor).
It's really irritating. I mostly notice it when I go to bed. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

Greetings to those of you who are still here! I haven’t been on for a few years and I’m so sad to see this site has not come back to where it was when I first joined in 2010. Very sad to still see the chat and photo gallery features are still gone as well. Catch me up please! I’m sure this has been discussed another forums, but I have missed a lot obviously! Is it just because of lack of support and people leaving in droves? My femme heart is so sad 😢💔🖤

It was nice to just settle into my day off with rest filled activities: enjoying some home cooked foods and visiting with family and friends. I feel like I got enough rest to make it through my weekend of work duties.

I had three espressos with a late lunch/early dinner, so I've got a good buzz on. I've got a few things I had planned to do that I haven't gotten around to yet, but I'm thinking about baking something delicious instead. Or maybe, cleaning out my pantry. Both are satisfying activities, but one tastes better than the other; while the other has fewer calories. Cleaning out the pantry may be a good compromise; I may find something delicious that I've forgotten about in there, and kill two birds with one stone.

Better: Had cataract surgery in October and needed two follow up surgeries to fix a couple things. Had a check in this morning and everything looks good. Ordered new glasses that will arrive in a few weeks.
