I have been taking a new herbal supplement that my naturopath asked me to start taking. It’s Glucofunction. It help my body to produce its own insulin and I think it’s working! My legs are improving, I’m losing weight as well, and I found an orthopedic surgeon by complete accident — hope he fixes my knee and hip.

I walk nearly 15K steps daily at work, but only walk like about 3K steps on my days off. I do yoga and sometimes swim (backstroke only) and I walk laps in the pool if my knee doesn’t click too much (it’s painful).

Hemp supplements and hemp medical salves are definitely something I can’t live without.

I’m still okay, not in the best of health but better than being dead, lol.

I’m grateful. Very grateful. 🥹

That’s my update for now. Hope everyone is hanging in there and enjoying life each day. My crafting projects have to share time now with my sewing projects. I can’t stop making dresses for my 3yr old granddaughter.

I’m grateful for life, my friends and family and I’m grateful I’m not in some terrible god-forsaken place and worry that America will never be able to recover from all the damage that’s being done. Damn Robert’s Court. If Bulldog were still here, I’m betting she’d be so upset and screaming for justice.
