That’s awesome that you’re making time for a morning walk. I just read about taking a 20 minute walk first thing in the morning, to kick start your day. When I wear my Fitbit at work, even on a short shift, I’m getting about 8 miles of steps in the small space of time. It’s hard on me, since my knee needs surgery to make it work right. I think I’m coming to a conclusion that it’s small bits of time invested in a myriad ways for nourishment and walking.

Have you come across science based info like this???

Just lately I keep finding out more about it.

I’m giving it a chance, over in my world, because it seems that everything I’ve been doing doesn’t really move the proverbial needle for my health concerns.

I’m going to get up early and walk for a bit before I start my day.
