Taking a break from watching the Iran debate.

I’m finishing up with dinner: had a small plate of 50/50 salad greens by Organic Girl, dressed up with some sliced zucchini, Bella mushrooms, and a quarter slice of Roasted Spicy Tofu cut up into smaller bites, a few dates and I drizzled Tahini over it. Very filling and tasty. ETS, spicy black beans too.

Finished eating shrimp and will wait a bit and then go scrub out my oven that I sprayed last night. Cooler now the sun is not so hot. Needs to be done so less chat and more at it. lol.

Like every night, since the first time it began to gel in my mind, I’m savoring the way the Iranian government officials actually recognize that they are dealing with a very sick and twisted minded person who is destroying our country. Not only are they brilliant in the field of mathematics, language and science based studies, but they recognize the cruelty and sadism that is pervasive in that persons mind.

The Iranian people are not going to set us free from the blight of criminal decisions by the person who is LEAST qualified to sit in the highest office of our country. They know. Is that refreshing?? The undeserved kindness displayed on their part by taking a reasonable, sane and sincere approach in dealing with captain crazy cankles????

I watched the removal of his name off and on most of the day and am glad I did. I was one of millions who watched our Dear Leader wait until the middle of night (!) to have his named removed by court order and they did it behind a tarp because of this administration’s hold on our government.

It’s done and the tarp will be gone eventually.

Just going back to t.v. to see how the nonsense with Iran is going.

I’ve been up for awhile this morning, and I’m savoring all the many ways the general public (no matter what country you live in or what state sponsored teevee propaganda channel you happen to tune into ) is learning about The Who’s who of too much $$ & time on their hands who are trying to hide the way they are cashing in on Captain Crazy Fucker in the WH: example no. 1 — Eli Lilly with their unproven ‘experimental’ drug to keep that criminal alive so they can keep their load of golden calve cash stored in locations across the world and never do the right thing in our country.

Yeah. Not only are people getting a phd in narcissism and frontal temporal dementia and cardiology concerns, but we get TONS of new ways we can cut the evil doers off at the pass. No more buying Eli Lilly products. No more watching the billionaire class teevee stations, no more (x, y, z …).

It’s refreshing (to me, that is) to know exactly how to map the bullshit propaganda that has long been embedded into American society and culture.

Thought I was having a heart attack and went to the ER. Wasn’t having one, thank goodness. My blood pressure and heart rate were over the roof. Scared the heck out of me. They took tests, gave me meds and sent me on my way once my BP and heart rate settled down.

Lucky me.

I hope you’re okay and yes, I’m voting. I’m also taking my vote to the county elections office too because you can’t trust the postal service to do the right thing.

Thank you. I’m much better. I think I mixed my meds and took wrong dosage at wrong time and body reacted badly. Could be worse.

Think I’ll do the same on voting day.
