Anytime you want to come up and go to a game - I have an extra ticket and will galdly share with a frustrated Mystics fan...

Well if youdecide to play again the my leage is named Mystics Rule (naturally)
I have been a season ticket holder for 10 years so I know about the good and the bad... LoL When fantasy WNBA started you had to select 5 players - now you only select 1 playe a day so it is better... |

Flyin by to say hey. Just finished a work out and dinner.
as you can see i have long way to go to lose weight.  I adopted a new cardio program which is pretty much the key; the weights come second. I'm going swimming tomorrow for the exercise. the doc tells me the T will help redistribute weight, have to stay focused nonetheless. Have a good weekend. cya j |

Jet...I hope one of these days o get to point where u r now...I gave up trying to be thin,like I said in an earler post ..if I have to be a bull dog atleast I can be as trim a bull dog as possable.Most of my weight in right in the gut,im doing all I can to get rid of it...short of seeing a plastic sergon to remove it.Good luck in your weight loss program.
