Flyin by to say hey. Just finished a work out and dinner.
as you can see i have long way to go to lose weight.

I adopted a new cardio program which is pretty much the key; the weights come second.
I'm going swimming tomorrow for the exercise. the doc tells me the T will help redistribute weight,
have to stay focused nonetheless.

Jet...I hope one of these days o get to point where u r now...I gave up trying to be thin,like I said in an earler post ..if I have to be a bull dog atleast I can be as trim a bull dog as possable.Most of my weight in right in the gut,im doing all I can to get rid of it...short of seeing a plastic sergon to remove it.Good luck in your weight loss program.

Morning lofters.. work for 5 hours today and then a pool party. A friend of mine is house sitting for her brother. The house he owns used to be owned by Bobby Clark so the pool is the Flyers symbol. Hilarious. Might see a special someone today.. that would be nice! lol
