My town is known as "Canada's Chocolate Town", and if you love chocolate, well do we have a treat for you! One week of chocolate-themed activities! We're the home of an old family business. Yup! A chocolate factory. And ya can't get any sweeter than that!

Cake in a cup 1 large mug 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons baking cocoa 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons oil (or applesauce) 3 tablespoons chocolate chips Small splash of vanilla How to make it: Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.  ~LadyBlue

i finally made this the other night, it was good.
but i'm not big on chocolate anything except kit kats any way to make a reg cake without the cocoa? it was way too loose without the cocoa in it. but it was a sweet quick treat Quote:

The Chocolate Fetish And....one of my fondest memories of the cruise i went on was the midnight chocolate buffet. i seriously wanted to stay until the sun rose.
