Mix & bake in one pan!
E-Z Chocolate Cake
Sift into 8"x8" glass baking dish: 1 1/2 c flour 1 c sugar 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Mix all ingredients together & then make 3 'wells'... Pour one of the following into each well... 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla Pour 1 c cold water over & mix. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  ~Blue
