It's a rule. If you want to eat one of our most - um - "precious" natural resources, then you have to catch it yourself. We all stood by and yelled encouraging words - granted, it was from 50 yards away, but I'm sure he could hear us. The megaphone helped immensely. You could take Yucko with you seeing as he is an experienced trapper now and all. I actually think his "bite" was from the thorny bushes that lined the lake, but don't tell him I said that. And, of course, the rest of us make a darn fine support group. You couldn't ask for better circumstances, Jo!

P.S. The gator he caught was very, very small. Not much bigger than a fish, if truth be told. I don't even think it had teeth yet - MAYBE baby teeth. Don't tell him I said that, either.
