 I have been working out in the pool, with the fire flies, under the moonlight. How delicious is that?  It's cooler and it keeps me from getting sun burned. I also do Qi Gong, I had been bad about practicing, but have been getting back into it. It is amazing how quickly our muscles respond, it feels really good.
