Good evening all

I'm going to add some nice homemade mac & cheese to the salad selection, and a nice homemade apple pie for dessert.

Busy, productive day today for work and another one on tap for tomorrow. The son and I go to get our eyes checked tomorrow adn I know there are new glasses in store for him at least.

As it turns out we have a new asset manager working on our house purchase, and they're now saying we should have an answer by the end of the week or early next week. My fingers will be crossed until then...

i have gotten my last two pairs of glasses from

Well that is good news that you have a new asset manager working on the house. Hopefully they will get things moving a little quicker for you both. I will keep you in My thoughts.. and cross everything I got.. ummmm. .. except the legs..

Good Evening wonderful kitchen peeps,

Ugh. Another muggy day here. I am SO over this. Beyond over it. However, by watching the nightly world news it seems I am not in the only state being hit with this ungodly heat and the heat index has been beyond scary. I am counting My blessings for the a/c.

Today was a busy and productive day. One filled with change .. all for the good. It ended with being invited to dinner by My Mom and she decided to make homemade pasta noodles. (I am italian). She has not made them in forever and they were oooooh so good.. they just put that boxed pasta to shame.

Ok I am off to peruse some more threads.

I hope every had a good day.. and is enjoying a peaceful evening.

done driving for yet another day...
as I plop down in a soft chair....... sipping some warm tea, and laying my head bk ,closing my eyes...... can only dream and wonder if there will be a day , i get swept off my feet and walts across the dance floor with the guy of my dreams....... leading the way........ *sigh*

Sorry I missed breakfast...had to dash out early to an eye doc appointment for myself and the son. Turns out we both need new glassses, but mine only slightly and his quite a bit more so...so his are ordered and mine are "on hold" for just a bit. Got him transition lenses too to protect the little redhead's eyes from all that Florida sun.

I have to get to work, but I promise to make it up to you all at dinner time!
