Farm Town n Farmville Thread

I can't even keep track of how many folks that stopped playing have
returned over the last few weeks. Farm Town is kicking serious ass
right now, and their developers must be burning the
midnight oil with all these Upgrades!

I participate here n there on their Forum.

The other day I got a PM from Raul ~ the guy who starts all the
Update/Upgrade Announcement threads. Apparently he read a
couple of my posts, lol...Praising the Developers for all their hard
work of course ~ and he actually asked for more details
and feedback on the options n features that
I suggested in the thread!

I had said that the only thing that I could possibly still have on mah
FT wish list is that the bulldozer have the option to clear 4 plots at
a time like the seeder n harvester n stuff...in addition, with all the
new buildings, facilities and huge Victorians they should have
a better selection of fences n hedges.
They've had the same ones for a long time.


So Raul asked me to send him images of what I felt would make
great additions to the decor...right? So I gathered a dozen or so
images of cool images and went to PM Raul back with all the
information he requested...clicked on his
profile...and I'll be damned.

Raul IS one of the Developers!

It was just cool, so I had to share all that.

Oh, and another great thing about FT is some of the people I run into when
working the market. One of my neighbors is Gloria, we had a great convo
one day and decided to neighbor one another. Turns out she graduated
San Lorenzo High School in 1969 ~ that was my High School too!

Another dude Imet recently is Joe.
Joe is from Sweden, and runs around FT as 'Amanda'.


He's a kick in the pants I gotta tell ya, and we have a lot of laughs!


He saw the wings I created on Crows Landing with flowers, under my crops.
He asked me to make a moose outta flowers on one of his fields.
Apparently there are a lot of 'Moose Xing' signs where he lives.


So he gave me his FB password (lol, he would be the 14th FB account I have
access to for designing Farms) and I attempted to make his silly moose, then
a couple days later gave it some finishing touches and added
his country Flag of Sweden outta flowers too.

Of course, my owns farms have been neglected all week cuz I'm helping
everyone else and my Mommy is stalking mah Crops at all hours!

5th farm... you can make more than one farm on Farm Town?
i havent used Farm Town - but farmville, is just the one.. so that's definitely cool, and how cool that the developer contacted you like that..

cityville seems to be all the rage on facebook these days..
i have cityville and farmville.. im kinda bored of them tho.. well..some..
