Jo's Kitchen (and yes, the coffee IS on...)

Good morning everyone

Breakfast is on....pancakes with butter and real NY maple syrup, link sausage, eggs cooked to order. We've also got a basket of juicy ripe peaches...so you can have those au natural or sliced with sugar and cream.

Oops...can't forget the coffee and tea

Hope you all had a good night. I slept like a rock. It was already hot when I woke up this morning, but now it's started to rain and the temp is falling, so maybe we'll be in for a more comfortable day.

My baby is still

...looking forward to the time when I can snuggle back in under the covers for a bit on mornings like this

Or we could have pot roast with mashed potatoes and homemade gravy, glazed carrots, green beans and a nice tossed salad.

Still hot....so I'm still feeling like ice cream for dessert.

Good Evening Everyone,

Thank you for dinner Jo Jo!! I am babysitting Elijah overnight, they admitted his mom into the hospital this afternoon. The dr is worried about the baby and the fact that she has lost 6 pounds in two days.

I am leaving plenty of hot tea and cocoa to help us all sleep tonight!!

Good morning everybody

Coffee and tea are on and we have a nice assortment of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and such to start the day.

And, for those like my sweetie, some nice sausage gravy over homemade biscuits

Wooooooooot! It's Friday!

Anyone have any special plans for the weekend? I think mine is going to be all about cleaning, sorting, packing and mowing the lawn, but at least there will be sleeping in also.
