Good Morning everyone! Another week starts again....joy of joys...but...I am happy it is starting since it was a long time in between gigs for me. Had a cold all weekend so I lounged around watching movies and moping. I did manage to pull my self out to get my hair coloured...after all a grrl has her priorities!
Zimmy, good luck on the microbiology...and I have no clue what you are talking about lol. Morning, hope your week is good as well...Durrrr not sure why you were nominated but okayyyy....Jo....we miss you!!! And we miss Scoote!!! I really miss the banter between you two lol.  ok I know its monday....... back to the old work grind.. soo tell me ........ what gets you motivated for your day??? mine is a cup of coffee..... and enjoying yet another day i was able to wake up and enjoy another day of life again. do you all think we take it for granted that we will wake up each morning???

Exactly... where ARE Jo and scoote????? We miss you both.. please come back soon.. until then we will keep the kitchen open and waiting for you both. Another start to a week.. goooooood afternoon kitcheneers......popping in from work to catch up and touch base with everyone
MSTAR....i understand we will be meeting up for lunch next month...is this correct? if so i cant wait... i know Jo is excited as well!...i'll let you 2 work out details tho if thats ok  Jake...happy early birthday--in case Thursday rolls around and i forget...which tends to happen a lot lately...old age perhaps? Zimmy....hope school is going good for you! DC i saw something bout brownies and caramel...got any left? Mountain......hope everything is going good on the road Durrrrrrrr (i remembered to count 8 r's lol) hope things up in ur part of the state are good Now....i gotta tell u all something i learned over the weekend...dont tell Jo i told y'all tho...we went to Sanibel Island for weekend for my kids bday...stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriot....very nice hotel...except there were some issues in our room that turn my sweet,well mannered,quiet girlfriend into a white trash trailer park brawler contemplating on meeting the desk clerk in the parking lot after her shift to beat her down....now i must say at first i was a bit surprised but as the veins in her neck started to bulge to the point of being able to see her pulse,watching as spit spewed from between her clenched teeth i became a lil turned on---of course i didnt tell her bc i was quite enjoying this newly discovered side of her...needless to say she danaged to get 50% off of our stay.... we did have a good time over all tho...saw 3 manatees cruising the shoreline and watched 3 dolphins playing in the wake of the boat....not to mention we found some great shells...add to that the fact that my baby can no longer be called casper the ghost as she is getting some color from this wonderful Florida sun and just an fyi....we havent left the planet we are just trying to adjust to our cramped living arrangements, getting used to one anothers quirks and things,the slowness with which the bank is moving and an agent that is--well lets just say i believe JO is contemplating hunting him down and kicking some sense into him so i hope everyones Monday is going well and JO says hi |

mawning Kitchen junkies....
well what a morning I had.... lol went for a power walk, grabed my coffee on the way bk to my truck, then checked my oil, had to walk bk to store, get oil, add to engin, then my oil cap fell under truck...*sigh* had to crawl under there to get it,, so ok im dirty now, walked bk to building to clean up, walking bk to truck, witnessd an old couple in there 70's hit a parked car in the parking lot .  and right in front of me so ran after them cuz they kept going.. *whewww* ok now im off to head to my favorite art supply store here.. there is a new soul food restraunt next door , im thinking of getting something to go . and next to it is a chinese buffet. with a nice variety of SUSHI!! .. wow hard to decide.. lol anyways........... ttfn
