I agree, the Lipstick is way too small.
I was in the bars enough for several people when I was younger! Now, I love to be at home.  Tribe and Play are down on Church Street. I like Tribe from time to time for brunch or after work, but not when it's packed. They do have the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a gay bar! The parking situation down there is not good either though.
