I need to go grocery shopping...I need to buy more oatmeal. I had to eat half of one of my roomates' bagels and that was hard to swallow. ....

I think todays breakfast will be peanutbutter sandwhich on honey wheat bread and a apple.

Apparently its a good day to start a diet and quit smoking according to the Farmer almanac
