Lunch was grilled bourbon and brown sugar beans and salads for both of us and baked chicken with onions and green beans for Organic and veggie pasta with a light alfredo sauce for me.

Today, we had the remains of the roasted chicken, corn with jalopeno bits and hot sauce, and a sweet potato half. Organic had water and I had my V-8 light citrus juice cut with a quarter cup of water.

My dad claims that good food cures colds, so today he took me out for lunch. LOL I had a steak, baked potato, salad, yeast rolls w/honey butter, and for dessert a sweet glazed crescent roll.
