Stuck Song

I'm all about Playing it first THEN passing it on...

Lately, it's been the song Time by Hootie and the Blow Fish with the lyrics "Time, why you punish me? Like a wave crashing into the shore, You wash away my dreams."

Until now...

Since having this discussion, Fishinabaggie (whose personal song demon is Pearl Jam's Jeremy) created a new monster in Glen Campbell's Wichita Lineman with the lyrics "I am a Lineman For The County!".....which is now etching a permanent groove in my brain.

I tend to play it first , when someone innocently asks what I'm up to at 8 am, I pass it on.....No sense in Me being the only one Tortured.
Usually the reponse I get is "u fuckin prick, I hate you, now i'm going to hum that shit all day, rotten bastard!!!"..or some such similar variation of that..

I pass it along because I am all about sharing the torture.
Then I have to play it until my brain is on the borderline of explosion.
Eventually, another song gets stuck in there, and the whole nasty process repeats.

Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
